Dear Bezoeker,TAR is a new component for JBA CRM.TAR means Tasks, Actions and Reminders. In the first release T.A.R will automate processes within JBA CRM. And, in the future, will do so for all other JBA components like Agenda, Reports, Notes, etc. What does TAR look like? TASK is the smallest identifiable and essential piece of a process that serves as a unit of work, and as an instrument to make a difference between the various components of a process. The ACTION is depending on the conditions (the criteria rules) that TAR will automatically or semi-automatically run as an action. REMINDER is a notification to remind that something is not done or needs to be done. All TAR elements are gathered and configured in WORFLOWRULES to give an easy structure to the process. And because of the reminders that will be send to users, their lives will be easier as well! TAR example: You send a quotation to a customer and want your employee(s) to contact the customer after a few days to verify the opportunity of your offer and close the deal. In WorkflowRules you 1. configure a reminder that will be send to employees 2. create an action, a task and a reminder to make sure the employee is reminded to call the customer about the quotation. In the Task module or notification pop-up the employee will be remind with a hotlink to the actual Quotation and Contact to call. Other examples might include an API to have a external (industrial IOT) trigger start a proces in the CRM, like ordering products.
